Adalya’s foundations trace back to a family enterprise established in the 1970s, operating in the home appliances and automotive sectors. The commercial culture developed during those years laid the groundwork for a strong sense of discipline and trust. This period remains the source of the brand’s enduring business principles.
The group took its first step into tourism in 1990 with the addition of Nil Hotel. This milestone broadened the company’s field of activity while initiating a new era of specialization. In 1997, the official establishment of Yörükoğlu Ticaret Turizm Kuyumculuk Petrol Insaat Ltd. Sti. marked the beginning of its corporate identity.
With a growing business volume, the group turned toward coastal hospitality in the Manavgat region, launching its first five-star property in 2005. Subsequent investments and the opening of additional properties shaped the Adalya Hotels Group. During this period, the name Adalya evolved from representing a single property into becoming a group brand.
The addition of a new property in the Kundu region in 2016 further reinforced the organization. Around the same time, the company chose to focus exclusively on tourism and hotel management.
